Visit from Secretary Rice

Fresh from a visit to Iraq, Condoleezza Rice visits the Embassy in Sofia to finalize a deal regarding American use of Military bases in Bulgaria. Madam Secretary took a few moments to address a few American's living in Bulgaria, including some Peace Corps volunteers.
