About America - Sezgin Aslan - Denizli, Turkey

This is another clip from our host Sezgin Aslan, about his thoughts about America. He implies that if you didn’t vote for Bush, everything’s cool. If you did vote for Bush, you’ve been hoodwinked, and everything is still cool. I don’t fit in either category, so what does that say about my ability to get along here? Something else I’ll delve more deeply into. So much to do!

Directors note:

The quick inhaling you hear in the background is not Andrea and I passing a joint back and forth! I am holding my breath to prevent the camera from rising and falling. Next time, I’ll just let the camera rise and fall.

The gurgling bubble sounds on the other hand, is Andrea smoking the nargileh (water pipe). It’s loaded with apple tobacco.
